What is in an ito cake flight?
1 ito cake flight (weighing approximately 400 grams) fits 5 assorted cakes, and each cake is about 5cm in size. The cake flights will be delivered frozen.

What allergens could a cake flight contain?
All ito Shock-frozen cakes are prepared in the licensed commercial kitchen; however, we cannot guarantee that all cakes are free of any specific allergens. The cakes contain gluten, wheat, dairy and eggs; some may contain tree nuts and alcohol.
How do I thaw the ito cake flights?
- Fridge thawing instructions: Leave ito cake flight in the fridge (at 4°C/39°F) for 2 - 3 hours.
- Room temperature thawing instructions: Leave ito cake flight in room temperature (~ 21 °C/70 °F) for about 30 minutes.
- Over-thawing the cake flight will cause some cakes to deflate and fruits to dry out.
- Thawed cakes must be consumed on the same day.
- Do NOT re-freeze after defrosting.
- Try this: Slightly reduce the thawing time, and enjoy an ice-cream-like texture when the cakes are half-thawed.
How do I store the ito cake flights?
- Store ito cake flight in freezer (~ -20°C/-4°F) for up to 1 month.
- Once opened, wrap the cake flight in cling wrap before placing back in the freezer.
- Avoid temperature fluctuation to maintain ito cake flight in its best condition.
What days do you deliver?
We offer deliveries on Saturdays and Mondays during the delivery window between 10AM and 5PM. A confirmed order will be delivered within 7 business days. After placing the order, please select your delivery time slot following the link in the checkout confirmation email.
Can I pick up my order, instead?
Absolutely! Pick-up is available on Tuesday through Friday and Sundays between 10AM and 3PM at 66 Forest Manor Rd, North York ON. After placing the order, please select your pickup time slot following the link in the checkout confirmation email.
Can I get a chocolate plaque or a hand-written message with my order?
Yes of course! Thank you for letting us to be a part of your special day :) We can provide either a complimentary chocolate plaque or a hand-written message with your order. Please specify the message when you select your delivery or pickup time slot.
Where do you delivery within the GTA?
During the soft opening, we offer delivery within the eligible areas in the GTA. Please check your delivery eligibility by selecting the Local Delivery method during checkout. Pick-ups are also available. (Detailed pick-up time/location instructions are included in the order confirmation email.)The eligible delivery areas are:
- M2J, M2K, M2H, M2L
- M3B, M3A
- M1T, M1W, M1R

Can I place an order for same or next day delivery?
Our delivery policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. A confirmed order will be delivered within 7 business days.
Can you ship my order since I don’t live in the GTA?
We currently do not offer shipping for orders outside of the eligible areas in the GTA. We are actively working on expanding the delivery areas - please subscribe to our emails for the latest update.
Can I place an order if my shipping address is different from my billing?
Yes – as long as the shipping address is inside the delivery areas.
Will you deliver to my door if I live in a condo?
We will call you upon arrival. If you are unavailable to pick up your order in the lobby, the order will be returned to our store for a future delivery.
To maintain the consistency in product quality during delivery, we kindly ask you to receive the order in person.
What if I couldn’t pick up?
We will call you upon arrival. Please include the recipient's local contact phone number when the order is placed and to ensure the recipient will be available to receive the order during the delivery time frame, if we are unable to reach the recipient, or the driver is waiting longer than 10 minutes for the order to be collected, the order will be returned to our store. We will re-arrange the delivery time, or you can pick up.
What is ito’s returns and refunds policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are delivered unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product-an image would be useful, your Sales Order ID number from your order that was emailed to you and the defect. This must be received within 24 hours.If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
As soon as your orders have been received, they are processed immediately. Customers qualify for a refund 24 hours in advance of their scheduled delivery date and time.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com to change or cancel your order. To change or cancel your order, it is requires to let us know within 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
I didn't receive a confirmation email?
In some cases, our confirmation email could land in your Promotions tab or Spam folder. If there is still no confirmation email, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check your order through our system immediately and get back to you soon.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
You can make a change by sending us email: email@example.com. It is requires to be send within 24 hours from your scheduled delivery time.
My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?
We are missing some of your information to complete your order. Please go to your cart and fill out the rest of the ordering information.
